Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 July 2026.
1. The service
TRACE provides privacy-first visual and semantic search in per-session sandboxes that are destroyed on exit, plus a pay-per-request API for automated agents. By using trace-cloud.aioniq.ai you agree to these terms.
2. Your content
You keep all rights to content you upload. You grant us only the limited, in-session right to process it to provide search — and only for the life of your session, after which it is deleted. You are responsible for having the right to upload and process the content you submit.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use TRACE to:
- upload, store, or search content that is illegal, or that you have no right to process;
- attempt to breach, probe, or circumvent the sandbox isolation, the payment system, or another tenant's session;
- upload malware, exploits, or content designed to attack the service or others;
- evade payment on the agent API, or abuse it to disrupt the service.
The service runs passive security monitoring. Attempts at intrusion or the processing of illegal content may be detected, the session isolated, and — where legally significant — recorded for human review and, if required, reported to authorities.
4. Payments (agent API)
Agent API calls are charged per request over x402 (USDC on Base) at the prices shown at the endpoint. Payments settle on-chain; on-chain transactions are irreversible and we do not custody your funds.
5. Availability & disposability
The service is disposable by design: sessions and their data are ephemeral and may be recycled at any time on exit, idle, or timeout. We provide the service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that ephemeral data can be recovered — it cannot.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRACE and Aioniq Corporation are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of ephemeral data that is deleted as designed. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes & contact
We may update these terms and will revise the date above. Questions: privacy@aioniq.ai.
These terms are provided in good faith and are not legal advice; have your own counsel review them before relying on them.
